This simple strawberry and banana smoothie bowl recipe can be a great option for a quick and delicious snack or a energizing breakfast to keep you going throughout the day!
Here’s how to make your bowl:
- Freeze a cup of strawberries overnight. (Freezing the fruits makes sure the smoothie comes out thick and refreshingly cold!)
- Blend the frozen strawberries with one fresh banana and ½ cup of your milk of choice. Chefs Tip: Be sure to add the harder frozen fruits first and the milk last to keep the texture smooth.
- Next, pour into a bowl and add crunchy toppings like granola or fruit slices.
